Take Seven Steps to Naturally Reduce Your Acne

Are you fed up looking in the mirror at a bunch of ugly zits? Does it annoy you when you walk into a room or you meet someone for the first time and you can feel them staring at your big red spots. Well read on to find out what the seven steps are to help you get rid of your ugly acne naturally.

One: Clean on the outside is clean on the inside. Stop spreading the acne around your face and body by enforcing strict hygiene habits. Choose a non perfumed soap or cleanser that does not irritate your skin. Always use a clean towel and dab when drying especially around those delicate spotty areas.

Two: Eat healthy; STOP putting crap into your body and you know what I mean by crap. No fast food, no food that is full of chemicals or eating main meals that can be prepared in a microwave. Just do a little research on foods that are good for you body and only consume those foods and start treating your body like a temple.

Three: Exercise; exercise then next day do some exercise. You need to get your heart rate up so that you can get your blood flowing so that it can excise the pollutants that are in your body. You need to be consistent and you need to get that heart rate up so do some exercise every day.

Four: Drink lots of clean water consistently all through the day. Avoid those cans full of sugar and chemicals as well as those caffeinated hot drinks called coffee or tea as they are not good for you or your acne.

Five: Detox your liver it only takes fourteen days. You can clean out your liver by putting a large tablespoon of olive oil and around half a cup of lemon juice in a tall glass of cold water each and every day.

Six: Reduce you stress because we all know that an increase in stress causes acne as well as other negatives for your health. So exercise and take some time to meditate or sign up for a yoga class etc. If nothing else once a day take some time to put a couple of used teabags over your eyes and lay down for twenty minutes and listen to your breathing; you will love it and it will reduce your stress.

Seven: Do not cover up your spots with makeup. Avoid penetrating oils and sweet smelling Fragrance products as these can cause major allergic and irritant reactions on your face. If you must put on some makeup then pick products labeled as “fragrance-free” or “hypo-allergenic.”

Hopefully you will implement most of the steps listed above as they are good common sense steps to help improve your acne and your life.
