Kids can be very picky and it can be hard to get them to eat something healthy instead of their usual snacks. Luckily for you,there are other ways to get your children to eat their fruits and vegetables without them knowing it.

To make this juice you will only need 8 cups of Spinach, 1 bunch of Kale, 6 medium carrots, 2 apples, 1 lemon, and 3 slices of honeydew. Put all of this in your machine and blend the ingredients together.

Next up is a Beet Smoothie. This probably does not sound very good and if your kids heard the name, they wouldn’t be excited to drink it. But I can tell you this, it tastes a lot better than it sounds.

You will need to have 1 Apple, 2 carrots, 1 beetroot, 1 handful of blackberries, and 1 small handful of ice. Blend all of this together and you will have a healthy drink that everyone will enjoy.

Fruity Banana is a pretty simple drink to make. It does not require a lot of work and the ingredients are simple just the same. For this drink you will need 1 apple, 2 bananas, 1/4 cup of water, and a single pear. Cut up the apple, bananas, and the pear and throw them into the blender with some water and blend it up. This will give you a delicious treat that will leave your kids coming back for more.

Strawberry Pineapple is next. For this drink you need a single mango, 1 handful of strawberries, 2 pineapple halves that are 1 inch each, and 1/3 cup of apple juice. Blend all of this together and serve it immediately to your kids. No need to have it cool.

Lastly, we have Watermelon Berry. This one requires a single handful of fresh strawberries, and a cup of watermelon chunks. Put these in the blender with a little bit of water to make sure it turns into a nice juice and blend it all up. This will give you something extremely sweet and refreshing while still being healthy.
