Allowing Nature to Take the Driver’s Seat

The thing is that nature knows what it is doing. Just try to observe things around you. Ants are a great example where nature is trying to do its thing. They do a great job. An ant has a role to play in the overall scheme of things. Each one of them know what they supposed to do. Ants are able to work without having to be told so. Humans may have midlife crisis, which ants don’t have. This, of course, can’t be said about humans. Back in time, we know what we’re doing. Yet, our modern life have pushed us at a loss. We may be engaging in a debate on this without end. We can engage in endless debate about why Eve did the thing she was not supposed to do. We are in this rut because we refused to listen to nature any more.

This is something we can apply in any other aspect of our life. Let’s take a closer look of our health. The body needs no instruction for it to function property. We breathe without us needing to tell ourselves to breathe. This is a perfect example of nature working in our bodies. Our attempt to dictate things with our body, but failed big time.

We have to accept the fact we have become much unhealthier today than ever. It is a mystery since medicine is supposed to be better today than in the past. We are getting sick and dying before the time when we supposed to. Preventable diseases are on the rise. So, why aren’t we solving these problems? Nature has been neglected and it is something that we have to look at. As we try to take over our bodies, nature is getting waylaid on the side. There is a need to take a look at the link or mind and body. The things we do to our bodies may not be the right thing to do and we need to figure things out. As we see today, the results are far from desirable.

We refuse to heed nature and just do what we want to do. We are no longer allowing our bodies have a say in the health aspect. Dieting is something we do because it may be the fad, and not because it can benefit the health. Fitness goals are not hit because of this kind of mindset. It is not only we fail when we engage in a diet, we push ourselves to exercise more to the point of risks. If the body is sore, it is trying to tell you that it is enough.

The best answer is to do nothing. Let nature take its course. The body will be able to tell you if you need to do something such as a weight loss cleanse.
